SYMPOSIUM - "a social gathering at which there is free interchange of ideas"
For the fourth (bi-annual) year, we invited you to gather with dancers from around the country to share, learn, and grow! It is always good to gain fresh ideas, fellowship with others, and broaden our ministry as dancers. At the symposium, we did these things and so much more. We emphasized ministry, expression, and sincerity in dance, and the workshops this time around are created to give us an "Awesupamazistryncrederfulgrandansational Experience"!
What did we mean by this? Glad you asked!! We expected a dance workshop experience that would be above "the next level", greater than grand, more awesome than explainable, super sensational, way past wonderful... we anticipated revolution in our dance, a transformation in our ministries, and newness in our relationship with the Lord. We just couldn't come up with a word to explain all that we believe God would have for us at the 2008 symposium, but our theme is a crack at it.
TRULY WE WEREN'T DISAPPOINTED!
We experienced an awesome move of God over and over! We saw lives changed and saved! We laughed, we cried, and we ministered to each other. We learned new dances, we expressed from the heart, and we ignited our spirits in giving! WOW! What an AWESUPAMIZISTRYNCREDERFULGRANDANSATIONAL time!! And guess what?? Our wonderful experiences pushed Bianca more than we thought! She gave birth to a beautiful baby boy on Tuesday, Feb 5!! Congrats Bianca and family!!

New to the 2008 Symposium:
Vendors were welcomed so that attendees could have dance resources available. Dancewear, flags, streamers, symposium T-shirts, DVDs, and CDs were available and in high demand!
Friday afternoon sessions ("Sympetizer") were available for those who wanted more out of the dance weekend. We truly touched heaven with our prayers!
Dance Sharing was held during the symposium for attendees to minister in dance on Friday night. We enjoyed the ministry of 14 dance teams and were blessed by each of them in a different way! We even enjoyed moving poetry that inspired each of us. WOW!! What an awesupamizistryncrederfulgrandansational night!!

Our focus and emphasis is always on ministry, true ministry! It's our calling! At this symposium, we avoided using the "P" word, because as dance ministers we NEVER perform... we minister!
Other Locations:
Currently, there are no plans for remote symposiums this year. Our February symposium in Huntsville was our one big bang!
